Compress the fork and leave 140mm free to the top, the rest with oil, 10w or 15w. Font know the oil volume, just the space for air.

Haynes give amount as 309 to 320cc depending on model. 309 for 500t, 313 for 500v and 320cc for all others. Top of oil to top of fork tube (compressed) is 165mm for500t, 160mm for 500v and 150mm for all others.

The good thing is that if you put (approx) 315cc (or 315ml if you prefer) that will be fine (or at least pretty close) for all of them. I'm not sure that 5ml of fork oil makes a big difference either way... I think it's more important to make sure you change it regularly!
