OIL PRESSURE Empty OIL PRESSURE

Post by ANDYC on Sun 13 May 2018, 1:55 pm

I would like to pose a question to anyone out there that has a genuine Honda workshop manual for our steed of choice.
The Haynes manual gives the oil pressure as 34psi with the oil at 80 degrees, could this be a misprint?
This seems very low to me as every other Honda that I have worked with seems to be around the 70-80psi mark.
It's not been noticable when the oil warning light is either on or off, but I would like to be fitting a guage to my track bike so knowing the range would be helpful. scratch
As always thanks for your help in advance.
