Euro Trip 2017 videos
I know a few people were interested in my trip (the one where my so called friends left me) this summer gone, I'm starting to get the videos edited so here's the first one.

Re: Euro Trip 2017 videos
In retrospect it's the best thing that could have happened. You'll see later on in the videos, I could go where I wanted, when I wanted and could stay where I liked.@skyrider wrote:bit of a dirty trick leaving you on your own

Good video James, although it's never good to see a bike sliding down the road

Yup, the adhesive pad came unstuck from my helmet. Bounced off my leg, then over the rear tyre and then running along the rear sprocket, in all honesty I was just expecting to pull a shredded wire to be honest, my face just about says it all really (before it gets too dark because of the colour correction).

Re: Euro Trip 2017 videos
Thanks very much James! You rode round some great looking roads there, bit different to the UK! Thanks for taking the time to compile all of that. I've ridden over a few Alpine passes, the Stelvio lives large in my memory.
I once drove over the Gottard pass in my 18meter wagon and drag 24 years ago. It was empty! You can't do it now, all HGVs have to use the tunnel.
I am going to visit Swizzleland/Italy/Deutschland in September so you've whetted my appetite for pass storming, again, thanks! (I'll be cheating going on my BM K75 I'll be using the CB mainly locally.)
Keep on truckin' , Dave.

Re: Euro Trip 2017 videos
Glad you're enjoying them Dave. Stelvio is on the next video which I've pretty much got fully edited, only issue is that I'm working away from home and the upload speed is (not joking) 40 times slower than home, I got 20mbit upload at home and here I've got 0.5mbit
I've got Gothard Pass on my route for later this year.

Re: Euro Trip 2017 videos
I somehow missed all the episodes from 2nd onwards, so I binged watched that last night
Great stuff!!
You should definitely get in contact with me if you plan on going through France in the future, I'd be glad to welcome you and ride a bunch. I finally found a job in Poitiers, so I'll settle first, but it's a nice stop on the way to Spain (and its lovely roads) from the UK (just sayin'
).
Peace, Valentin.
