Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Do you have any of the original panels available for sale. I'm desperate for panels in that colour.

Love the wire mesh in front of the headlight, makes it standout from most!

Hi James, Ive got the original panel that wraps around the seat, I also have the seat which only has a very small nik on it, they are all free if you can collet them form Wiltshire in the UK

Great job. Gives me ideas for my flat tracker in particular rear subframe/seat alignment. What can is that, really like it.

Good stuff! I quite like that. Not sure I would do it to my bike but that's different!

Do you take it out much?

Thanks for the positive reply's, Ive only used it a handful of times because the summer finished at the same time as the project, but I do ride all year when the weather suits so I'm really looking forward to putting some miles on it.
The can was from http://www.classicbikeshop.co.uk , it's quite loud but sounds great on over run

That's a shame, but as someone who has commuted all year by bike I can relate to a certain reluctance to take a nice/new bike out at this time of year!

You'll have to take some 'action shots' if the weather gets better and you take it out.

Yes that's a great idea, I enjoy riding this time of year but i live on a farm and sadly the lanes out to the main roads get pritty muddy from the tractors so I won't ride out unless i know the roads in my area are dry
