Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Fitted a new Delkevic exhaust system today, looks really well made too. Sounds good with baffle in, not tried it yet without. Delivered next day from point of order, great service £255 all in, result.

Delkevic exhausts are great, as are Beowulf. You won't be disappointed!

Offtopic, I like your signature though it's a little different to mine Wink

I'm sure I'll be well pleased, it looks a quality bit of kit, re packable too.
Regarding my signature, I don't see "Red mist" this days, it's probably still there, I'm just to old to recognise it now. Very Happy

Nice. I'd like a delkevic exhaust one day. I fitted a new delkevic radiator and am very happy with the quality too. 255 quids is a great price.

Got mine and love it, not too loud without the baffle either.
Even stayed in shape after someone reversed into the bike knocking it over.

Just saving up for the stainless downpipes now as my original ones are ready to rot through

If you look here then they claim that no kind of rejetting is required. I've no idea if this is the same system that the OP bought but I suspect it is similar.

Ok, i've seen it in the web. They sell the complete kit, and modifications are not necessary.

Sorry for the delay, it was in fact this one.
http://www.delkevic.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=106108_106600_106646_106648&product_id=7064&Title=Full+Exhaust+System+to+fit+CB500+Sport+%281998-2003%29+with+Stubby+350mm+Oval+Stainless+Steel+Silencer+and+Stainless+Steel+2-1+Down+Pipes&SKU=COM0445
No rejetting & it runs fine, sounds good too, with or without the DB killer.
