Post by Crash- Elmit on Mon 05 Dec 2016, 9:29 pm

Had some tests done over the last week. got results today. first test found cancer in rectum, more tests today found evidence of cancer further in. now need to know the full extent of growth before treatment begins

thanks for the replies,

the results so far mean they have to operate on me to remove it, regardless, but I may have to undergo chemotherapy to shrink the cancer enough to operate. not looking forward to being too ill to ride the bike, though.

Sorry to hear that but at least it was caught early. At least you're confident and open enough to speak about it which is more than some people are able to do.
