Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Anyone here buy this?

Seemed like a reasonable price. Sold very quickly as you would expect.

I will look to tidy it up over time but mainly get the miles in and definitely give it a bath!

Strange coincidence that a guy @ East Fortune told me he had just snapped up a cheap cb on Ebay for £400 then it seems another one here Smile . Wish there were more at that price!

The saddle looks a bit well used. However recovering it is an easy DIY job if you invest in an electric stapler. (not expensive on ebay)

I've recovered a few of the supermoto seats, but with the traditional staple guns, which are supposed to be heavy duty. Usually a royal swine to do so I may have a look at the electric ones.

I got a Stanley one to replace a cover on a moped seat.
I got a stronger one than the cheap ones that you could adjust the power.
It saved me the money it would have cost to pay someone to do it.
It is bound to have other uses.

Cheers guys will make a list of jobs when I have the bike.

Speaking to the seller the original buyer was located in Scotland and underestimated the logistics involved to get the bike... Whether that's correct who knows..

So much nonsense goes on with ebay.
Imagine it and it happens.

Anyway,
somone is selling a seat in parts for sale.

That sounds about right about original buyer. Surprised he baulked on it though as bargains like that aren't easy to find. Even taking into account the distance.
