weather was crap again this morning so I refitted the tank everything went ok  but why don't Honda make their fuel lines a bit longer it would make things a lot easier Rolling Eyes

If it's the overflows that are a bit tight, you can pull them up a bit.

yes I think I have cracked it now, its just the two throttle altering screws under the tank that's worrying me a bit now one for opening and the other for pulling the throttle closed I altered one of them when I was oiling the cables I just hope I haven't buggered up the settings and have to take the tank off again still I will only find out when I fire the bike up

I think they're accessible with the tank on, with the right carb adjustment screwdriver..

ive got rid of the overflow pipes, and replaced the fuel and vac pipes with longer ones.

it would have been a good idea if Honda had done that in the first place if you just lift the tank up a bit the pipes pop off, anyway as said its just the throttle screws now and see what happens
