I got one for my cb5 from David Silvers, part number 16592-MY-610. As a temporary fix, you could fit an in-line filter between tap & carb. I did this on mine with a filter from my wife's Virago & a bit of tube kicking around the garage, but most motorbike shops should have the bits on the shelf.
