Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

Goodmorning all here.

Let me introduce myself. First my excuses for my bad english language. Speaking is going very well but writing? Laughing .
My name is Lauran, I'm 54 years old and i'm living at the southwest coast of the Netherlands.
My wish was always to get my license for driving a motorbike so i go for it and at 27 january this year i pass the exam in one time!
Wow yeah I felt like a child so happy..
But now I of course wanted a motorcycle.
I went looking for a local website and found a beautiful Honda CB 500 from 1994 with nearly 50,000 kilometers.
To be honest, I was looking for a big touring bike but when I saw the CB500 for the first time and had them test drive I was in love.
I will try to post some pictures here so you can see my new love.
The price I paid for her was 750 euros, which is about 570 GBP I guess?

Okay friends. Until later and I like to hear comments on my CB500

Welcome to the forum Lauran, and congratulations on passing your test.

That's a great looking bike, and very reasonably priced - especially where you are, as prices seem higher there. It looks like it's been well cared for.

Your English is very good I think.

Good looking bike for what would be a good price here in the UK.

I wouldn't worry about your English - none (few?) of us can speak or write Dutch as well as you can write English!
