They are awaiting parallel, or better, equidistant cable holders Smile . All that lovely work, beautiful colours, radio playing, layout plans and connection maps, ... AND getting payed for it! Wonderful indeed.

Then one cable in the middle of a bundle develops a short and you've run out of the purple and switch on is in 2 minutes !!

That kind of thing is my day job. Im a control panel builder/wireman, currently for a manufacturer of industrial and laboratory ovens and furnaces, but have worked on building management systems, voltage optimaistation, flameproof switchgear for the mining industry, and process control equipment for the oil, gas and rail industries in the past.

All very pretty till one has to be changed. I ended up chopping connectors off and fastening the new one to the outside of the loom. Not good practice but saved me from having to fanny arround when one failed

thats what the heated grip wiring on my cb looks like.... Maybe not
