Indicator adaptor question

Post by jim157 on Sun 20 Sep 2015, 8:46 pm

I've bought a couple pairs of fairly sleek looking aftermarket indicators to replace the bulky oem ones.  Unfortunately they are mounted with an M8 thread and nut as opposed to the M12 thread used by the oem ones.  I've been looking for an M8 to M12 thread adaptor but am struggling to find anything suitable.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers.

Just build it out with washers either side of the bracket, works perfectly well Smile

Good idea chaps, I think I've been trying to overcomplicate matters somewhat.

A really cheap way of making washers get a 1p or 2p depending on what size you want and then use a metal drill bit and drill a hole in the middle of the coin.
