I priced some up a while back and it came to £106.05 or something stupid like that.

If you stick 'honda decals' into ebay you will be able to get a wing or two for the tank and probably a Honda badge too, rather less than 106 quid...

It's alot easier to find the later 'minimalist' decals on ebay. The original style turns up there from time to time but they're getting rarer as they're usually new old stock (NOS).

I ordered these off eBay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-CBR600-CBR1000-CBR250-CB500-Tank-Wing-Fairing-Decal-Stickers-SILVER-BLACK-/301314718077?hash=item4627c1b97d

despite the title they aren't for a CB500 - well ours anyway as they are allot smaller. I'm pretty sure when I looked up the pn on the bag it came up as CBR125 or something.

are those the ones you meant Ashcroc?

Not quite though being careful of incorrect listings is another pitfall.
I was talking about the difference between the older
& newer
decals.
While the basic lettering for the older one is quite easy to find (especially if you don't mind pattern reproductions), the coloured swoosh is alot harder to locate.  Quite often when they do pop up on the bay it's only a single piece instead of a set & the fact there are several different versions dependent on base colour compounds the difficulty.

Unfortunately he's looking for the earlier stickers.

yup, but the idea was floated about fitting the easier to find later stickers instead.

I was going to pm but laziness took over and this way it'll notify OP as a watch notification mail Smile
