Pulled off the backing strip this morning - doh! Thanks for pointing it out. Thanks also for the comments on the paintwork, although you've thrown me a bit. I like the satin black radiator shrouds, so I was going to leave those satin black, but paint the mudguard & seat fairing red to match the tank. Now I'm not sure, what do you think? One last question before I get in trouble for going off topic - I'd like to paint the wheels, but don't know what colour; (satin) black, silver, gold - what would you go with?

if it were me, id remove (or flatten if not possible) the tank Honda logo and spray it satin too - aswell as the two side covers where the fuel tap is and have a stealth looking bike and keep the grey wheels....... personally I prefer the satin look to the gloss I have on mine.

BUT that's just me and only because I don't have the imagination or creativity to really make the two tone work (reminds me of the old escort cabrio's) but think there's definitely something there.

around the time I got mine I found the link below and really liked it. Its where I got the idea of using PJ1 paint.
