Which exahust brands don´t need repacking?

Thinking about this because i just swapped back to the oem exhaust and found it works quite good.
No surprise here, yes, but compared with my danmoto one, maybe the extra back pressure helps on the engine output.

In any case, i found the oem quite quiet. I don´t like the idea of having an exhaust that from time to time it will need repacking, and that only in it´s best shape will give proper power/mileage.

So i was reading/searching for exhaust brands that offer a systems that doesn´t need repacking (without glass or steel wool) but that could provide a more interesting sound to the bike.

I also found this video. What do you think about this? Will it change ar/fuel ratio due to more unrestriucted back or will it only add more noise?
