Thinking of getting a top box and fixing bracket or carrier to bike what would u recommend  Notting too expensive Laughing

Hi there, re the top box and bracket go for a givi box and fixing plate there are without doubt the best  on the market, you can pick one up with mount plate for a £30 to £40 on e bay thats where i got mine, do not bid to high, if one goes  high wait for the next one there are plenty out there, hope this helps regards J,

Depending on how quickly you need the box, it would probably be quicker to buy a 2nd hand box but go brand new on the arms/plate.  I've no idea what too expensive is for you but new givi/kappa arms are available for around £60.

Go for monokey over monolock if possible as they're a more secure fit & iirc a higher carrying weight limit.

Make sure the arms come with the full fixing kit, otherwise they're not much use. You have to make / bodge something if they don't.
