couple of wanted parts

Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone has any of the following parts.....

*engine sump pan (metal fins on bottom are broken on mine)
*plastic side cover R/H (non-seat lock side)

I have a side panel. Doesn't matter that the sump fins are broke, as long as its not leaking.

No problem, I'm in no hurry.

thanks Ash..... id seen that one and he even knocked the price down a little when I enquired about it. Not too sure where it is on my list of priorities so was just interested to see what's available and hopefully pick up a bargain as it's not as if mine doesn't work.

The sump fins must be on the bottom crank case which means you have to strip the engine down to separate the bottom half.In fact You should only use the crank cases as a matching pair. I'd leave well alone.

It's just the fins that help it free stand that are broken on mine which is an annoyance more than anything and after the engine is back on the bike I was planning on dropping the sump anyway to complete the engine painting. at the moment it's inaccessible as the engine is sitting on it.
