Post by Daniel Y on Tue 27 May 2014, 5:11 pm

Hi
Im needing complete forks for cb500 1997 model.  I just posted elsewhere then saw this "wanted" section!

Also advice if a 1994 set would fit even though calliper change from nissin to brembo...?

Cheers

The CB500 racers tend to hoover them up, but they do appear from time to time on ebay.

I got a pair for a lot less than these - not needing seals either! - so keep watching and just be patient

The only difference is they changed the internal spacer length & oil volume a few times over the years plus the earlier sets will have a bolt near the base for easier draining.

Everything else where it matters is exactly the same so will fit all years.
